Order Picking Software Enhances Planning, Analysis and Productivity

DirectPick™ software manages light, voice, or wireless based order fulfillment tasks necessary to provide outstanding performance. DirectPick™ software is a fully functioning management tool that enhances planning, analysis, and productivity.

Productivity tracking and reporting. All activities are tracked in real time. Individual operator activity is measured in terms of lines, each picks, and orders. Total time logged, time with and without work, and idle time are also collected. System activity is tracked for all elements including zone, wave, order, SKU, location, and container or tote. All data may be listed, charted, or graphed with operator productivity data maintained for up to one year within the base system.

Dynamic optimizing and planning. Supervisory administrators may dynamically change zone assignments or test predictive models against anticipated work. Workload balancing for optimal performance is the objective when zone boundaries or personnel assignments are adjusted. Only the power of DirectPick™ gives both "on the fly" capability to change boundaries anytime during the work day and maintains a "macro" library of configurations based on your unique experience or seasonal expectations, allowing you to make changes quickly and easily. This capability is available on LAN based PCs on your network or on your wireless PDA using Microsoft's Pocket PC application.

Event recognition and alerts. Speed, accuracy, and security are the hallmarks of DirectPick™ software. Specific triggers or diagnostic data may be logged and alerts sent to your staff in an email, page, or any other popular format.

Export data. Performance reports may be exported to another format as a complete file. Specific data may be exported as a comma delimited text file for use with other applications such as Excel, Crystal Reports, Access, etc.
