Diamond Phoenix to Introduce New Products at ProMat 2009

LEWISTON, MAINE, DECEMBER 18, 2009 -- Diamond Phoenix, a full service automated design and material handling integrator, will be unveiling two new products at ProMat 2009. The new product offerings will further enhance the company’s wide variety of integrated solutions, which offer manufacturers, distributors and other organizations ways to improve efficiency and overhead costs while maintaining flexibility for peak seasons and slow downs. Diamond Phoenix will be exhibiting in booth 3631 at ProMat 2009 in Chicago, Illinois, January 12-15.

The new MaxTriever™ MiniLoad SRM, a stacker crane that efficiently handles totes, cartons, boxes and other items, will help organizations realize high capacity and high speed throughput. The crane operates comfortably in cold storage, coolers and ambient warehouse temperatures and uses standardized and proven subsystems for high reliability.

Also to be unveiled is the new Diamond Phoenix Vertical Lift Module (VLM). The newest addition to the company’s line of vertical solutions is a single bay SMARTdepot™ VLM. The new VLM is being launched to meet additional customer needs where single bay is requested. The SMARTdepot™ single bay unit can handle loads up to 1100 lbs. per tray and reach heights of up to 50 feet.

A press conference on the new Diamond Phoenix product offerings and systems capabilities will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 3 pm in the press conference room at ProMat 2009 in Chicago, IL at the McCormick Center.
