Configurable With Diamond Horizontal Carousels

An integral component in Diamond Horizontal Carousel system design, the Diamond SpeedStation™ is a modular workstation concept engineered to efficiently organize the many tasks an operator must face in today's complex order processing environments; not just picks and puts, but scanning, ticketing, bagging, labeling, weighing, logging, packing, inspection and more.

With a broad choice of modular components and options, our cost effective SpeedStation™ can be configured specifically for your operator's tasks - from high speed picks and puts to scanning, kitting, ticketing, bagging, labeling, weight, logging, packing, inspection and more. Easy to adjust or reconfigure as your needs change, it's the industry's most versatile, flexible workstation ever offered.

Shelf Construction

  • Shelves are built as rigid box structure using heavy guage steel. Bottoms are sealed with cover plates.
  • Standard shelves can support up to 500 pounds.
  • Built-in wireway for running network wiring to computes, Diamond lighted display modules, printers, scanners, controllers and other peripherals.

Shelf Dimensions

  • Shelves can be ordered in any lenght and depth to meet specific design criteria.
  • Shelves can be replaced or reconfigured with bolt-together construction. Horizontal adjustment is easily accomplished by sliding shelf and re-bolting in a new location.

Shelf Angle

  • Can be adjusted to multiple angles; shelf bracket has 3 detents allowing shelf to be positioned at 0°, 10° and 20°

Support Legs

  • Available in various heights with welded crosspieces and rigid floor mounting tabs.
  • Removable plastic strips allow wire to be easily routed through legs and into shelf wireways.
  • Designed to support conveyor sections.

Vertical Adjustment

  • Mounting sleeves provide vertical shelf adjustment to any height.
  • Intermediate brackets support shelves on both sides of the leg.
  • Shelves can be independently adjusted for different angles from the same mounting sleeve.

Tote Stops

  • Hold containers in place on shelf.
  • Provide space to identify batch locations and matching bar code lables for quick scanning.
  • Preserve visual continuity of Diamond SpeedBar™ horizontal displays.

Adjustable SpeedBar™ Display

  • Mounting knobs allow adjustment to any angle to suit operator comfort and visibility; no tools necessary.

Utility Shelves

  • Accommodates computer and peripherals.
  • Optional task lighting mounted under shelf.

Personal Storage

  • Lockable drawers can be mounted under and shelf for secure or personal items.
  • Overhead lockable compartments can be mounted to shelf brackets.
