System Logistics, a Krones Group company, has made an asset acquisition of the Vertique business from Illinois Tool Works Inc. through its US subsidiary System Logistics Corporation.
This acquisition represents for System Logistics an important strategic milestone in reinforcing its presence in the US food & beverage markets, where Vertique with its warehouse automation solutions and products plays an indisputable leading role.
