Having problems with too many cartons on the conveyor at once? AutoRoute can monitor the case feet of cartons on the conveyor and inject new work into the system when there is space available to it. Do you have operators in some zones sitting idle while other zones have operators that cannot move because of all of the work? AutoRoute uses intelligent routing to balance the work load across all of your picking zones.

AutoRoute also communicates order information to different sub-systems. Why send all of the order information to everywhere? AutoRoute sends the order information in real-time to where it needs to be as the order enters the sub-system.
