An Efficient Solution for Handling Pallets, Containers and Other Large Loads

Automated laser guided vehicles (AGV / LGV) are extremely versatile and efficient systems, optimizing in-house logistics and reducing pallet handling costs.

Using special reflective surfaces placed throughout the facility, the automated laser guided vehicle continuously checks its position and path. Path layouts can be overlapped and are easily configured through our warehouse management software. Vehicle sensors ensure reliability and safety by anticipating sudden obstacles and stopping the vehicle immediately. Due to the all-steel construction, the laser guided vehicles may be used outside in the weather and may be washed frequently.

Our automated laser guided vehicles include:

• Cars with lead batteries
• On-board controllers that store paths, control the equipment on the cars themselves, manage safety conditions and communicate with the system via radio
• Battery-charger, automatic or semi-automatic, with three-phase AC power supply
• Radio installed in a ventilated electric cabinet with wireless interface to manage traffic among the cars, optimizing handling and diagnostic processes
