Systore™ Warehouse Execution System (WES) is a revolutionary product in the world of distribution automation, which is innovative compared to traditional material handling software architecture.

The bringing together of many traditional execution functions into a single application simplifies the global integration of the software and, since it requires just one interface to interact with the entire system, it reduces IT costs.

WES™ includes 5 optional modules: work planning, order processing, material flow, shipping and management support suite.

The work planning module checks the availability of the warehouse and workforce to meet the orders and to release the orders in the appropriate order fulfilment areas in order to ensure the maximum possible productivity. This module includes a number of components, including replenishment, slotting, waveless release, and workforce planning.


The order processing module is the host interface through which the orders are downloaded. The orders are then performed directly by the various fulfilment modules or move forward through the waveless release system. This module manages all types of paperless and automated order picking system, including order routing and cubing.


The “Material Flow” module manages sorting control, zone routing and buffer management.


The “Shipping” module prints the content lists for all the articles collected in a container. These lists can also be produced on RFID tags: WES is therefore the first integrated split case picking system with RFID.


The suite dedicated to “Management support” links the mechanical systems, the fulfilment software and supervisory personnel to ensure the optimum management of activities. The module includes productivity reporting, system monitoring through a graphical user interface (GUI), mobile management through handheld devices and a component for maintenance management, which enables the maintenance department to be proactive within the system.
