THE PROJECT
System Logistics supported the revamp of the National Distribution Center for soft drinks in Lutterworth, consolidating a relationship that began years earlier with the successful automation project of the Rugby plant.
The main objective was to update the logistics facility to meet the growing market demands while ensuring operational continuity and overall efficiency improvement.
System Logistics developed a tailor-made solution designed to adapt to the site’s specificities, combining flexibility, scalability, and customization.
These features allowed intervention on the existing plant without ever interrupting production activities, ensuring maximum adaptability to the company’s evolving needs.
The implemented solution significantly improved handling and storage flows, supported by the integration of the Systore software, which centralized management and optimized the use of resources and automated technologies.
Thanks to careful planning and a progressive approach, each phase of the project was completed minimizing operational impact and maintaining high performance standards at all times.
