The company System Logistics S.p.A. with registered office in Via Ghiarola Vecchia, 73 - 41042 Fiorano Modenese (hereinafter the "Company"), Data Controller, handles personal data with the greatest care to assure data security and confidentiality in its business operations.

What personal data do we collect

We may collect the following data types that concern you ("personal data" shall mean all the types listed below, jointly and severally):
Personal ID and contact data – information concerning name, telephone number, e-mail address
Payment data – information concerning payment (e.g. IBAN).

How do we collect your personal data

The Company collects and processes your personal data based on your relationship with the same Company.
If you provide personal data on behalf of third parties, you shall priorly make sure that the interested persons have duly read this Privacy Notice.
The Company asks you to help them keep your personal data up to date, informing them of any change thereto.

Purpose of personal data processing

The Company may process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes, based on the legal requirement applicable from time to time.

a) Establishing the relationship
The Company may process your personal and contact data with the aim of establishing and consequently handle the relationship with you.
Requirement for data processing: performing contractual/pre-contractual obligations.
Providing your personal data is mandatory in order to process your request; failure to provide your personal data shall prevent us from processing your request.

b) Conformity with legally binding requests aimed at meeting a legal requirement, regulations or provisions issued by the Judicial Authorities, as well as at defending rights before Courts
The Company may process your personal data to meet a legal requirement and/or to defend their right before Courts.
Requirement for data processing: law obligations that the Company is bound to observe.

How do we protect your personal data

The Company uses suitable security measures with the aim of improving protection, security, entirety and accessibility of your personal data.

Your personal data is stored on our protected servers (or on duly filed paper copies) or on our suppliers' servers, and may be accessed and used based on our standards and security policies (or equivalent standards for our suppliers).

How long do we keep your personal data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary in accordance with the above collection purposes and connected applicable laws, and thereafter for 10 years.

When your personal data is no longer necessary, or if there no longer exist a legal requirement for its storage, such personal data shall be irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.

Who do we share your personal data with

Your personal data may be accessed by duly authorised employees as well as external suppliers appointed, if necessary, data processors.

Your rights concerning data protection and your right to file a complaint with the data protection authorities

Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to request to the Company:
- to access your personal data;
- a copy of the personal data you provided (so called portability),
- the correction of the data we own;
- the cancellation of personal data in relation to which the Company no longer has any legal requirement applicable for its processing;
- to object to your data processing where provided by applicable legislation;
- to revoke your consent, in the event that data processing is based on your consent;
- to request limitation of your personal data processing, subject to applicable legislation.

Exercising such right is subject to specific exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (e.g. to prevent or identify crimes) and the Company's interests. Should you exercise anyone of the aforementioned rights, the Company shall verify that you are legitimated to exercise such right and shall give you a response within a standard term of one month.

In the event of complaints or reports concerning the methods used for processing your personal data, the Company shall do the best to respond to your concerns.
