Developed by our in-house software engineering staff, SYSTORE DirectPick™ is a material handling software application designed to manage pick-to-light, voice picking and RF picking systems. It’s a fully functioning management tool that enhances the planning, analysis and productivity of your order picking activities.

Productivity Tracking and Reporting

All order picking activities are tracked in real time and individual operator activity is measured in terms of lines, each picks and orders. Total time logged, time with and without work and idle time are also collected. System activity is tracked for all elements including zone, wave, order, SKU, location and container or tote. All data may be listed, charted or graphed with operator productivity data maintained for up to one year within the base system.

Dynamic Optimization and Planning

Administrators may dynamically change zone assignments or test predictive models against anticipated work to balance workload and optimize order picking performance. DirectPick™ allows you to make changes quickly and easily with “on the fly” capability to change boundaries anytime during the work day. The software also maintains a macro library of configurations based on your unique experience or seasonal expectations. This feature is available on LAN based PCs on your network or on your wireless PDA using Microsoft’s Pocket PC application.
Event Recognition and Alerts

Speed, accuracy and security are the hallmarks of DirectPick™ order picking software. Specific triggers or diagnostic data may be logged and alerts sent to your staff in an email, page or any other popular format.

Export Data

Performance reports may be exported to another format as a complete file and specific data may be exported as a comma delimited text file for use with other applications such as Excel, Crystal Reports, Access, etc.
