WHO WE ARE
We are a leading global supplier of innovative solutions of intra-logistics and material handling for the optimization of the supply chain of warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing operations worldwide.
With a special focus on the Food & Beverage industry, we develop tailor made solutions of automated storage and picking for our customers, which include stacker cranes, material handling, software and services.
Most of the technologies we use in our solutions are fully developed and engineered, produced and installed by System Logistics. We have complete mastery of the process.
We are a long-term, reliable partner: working closely with our customers, we develop flexible solutions that address the challenges they face every day and that will grow and change with them into the future.

OUR HISTORY
In 1976 SYSTEM CMA was founded, dedicated to the production of automated systems for the material handling.
In 1987 SYSTEM LOGISTICS was born, a company of the System group; at the same time the first MODULA automated vertical storage was introduced on the market.
Following an impressive company growth, in 2008 SYSTEM LOGISTICS became “S.p.A.” – an independent corporation within the System group.
In 2009 SYSTEM LOGISTICS acquired DIAMOND PHOENIX Corporation, an American leading provider of automated picking, sorting and warehousing systems for more than 60 years.
This operation represented an important step towards the internationalization of the company. The new production and sale sites in the US strengthened the System Logistics network, with offices and plants already present in Latin America and in Europe, in order to offer worldwide “intra-logistics solutions” designed by an international project team.

System Logistics is made of two business lines :

- MODULA
SYSTEMS : advanced solutions for the supply chain
SYSTEMS is dedicated to the design and implementation of complete turnkey plants (warehousing, picking, material handling). SYSTEMS is organized around two main locations: System Logistics SpA in Fiorano (Modena, Italy) – headquarters - and System Logistics Corporation in Lewiston (ME, USA).
MODULA : modular automated storage technology
Modula is dedicated to the development of vertical automatic storages.
Modula is located in Salvaterra di Casalgrande (Reggio Emilia, Italy), where 80 employees actively operate with a production department fully Made in Italy.
