A new remote help service for our customers

System Logistics has recently inaugurated its control room, a remote help service for customers installations through a video surveillance system.
The activities performed in the control room enable centralized support to be offered thanks to the permanent presence of operators working on shifts, who monitor and remotely implement the actions required to manage a fault.

The service is part of the portfolio of after-sales activities, together with a 24/7 Help Desk, a spare parts supply service, system maintenance, updates and modifications, and training.

A fault identification and alert service is planned for the future as well as proactive support for system performance.

The design of the control room is completely ergonomic so as to facilitate the work of operators, and fully reflects the company image.
